All teenagers like sugar. Specially, after lunch or dinner or withtiffin they are looking for sugar or foods containing sugar. But, eating sugar more is injurious to health. It brings many diseases like diabates, bloodsugar, etc. So, avoid sugar more as should as possible.


4. Drink Tea :


Tea is a refreshing drink. It helps us to fresh our mind and to concentrate in our work. Thus, each teenagers specilly who are connected with education should drink tea atleast two times in a day.

Coffee is also a healthy drino for teenagers . You shoyld also drink coffee bewides tea without any fear minimum twice a day. It helps us to reduce diabates and to get a longer life.

15. Eat egg :
