Since, heart is the principal part of a human body, similarly, eating and nutrition is the main part of our health. To keep our body totally fit and free from any kind of disease, healthy eating is essential. Now  a days, maximum number if teenagers are facing many problems about health. Those who are suffered undernutrition and are finding way to get relief, for them some tips about healthy eating are given here. You are asked to follow these tips to get back your healthyness immediately.


1. Avoid fast foods :


Teenagers are generally attracted by fast foods and like these foods very much. But,it is immeterial to them thet fast food is one of the main cause of unhealthyness. Fast foods of stalls are very harmfull for health because these are very rich foods. So, avoid fast foods as much as poasible mainly of stalls. You may eat little amount but these should be made of home.


2. Eat nuts everyday :


Nuts contains Magnesium (Mg) which os very important for our body and we get vitamin-E from it which helps us to lose our weight. So, eat muts everyday.


3. Avoid sugar more :


All teenagers like sugar. Specially, after lunch or dinner or withtiffin they are looking for sugar or foods containing sugar. But, eating sugar more is injurious to health. It brings many diseases like diabates, bloodsugar, etc. So, avoid sugar more as should as possible.


4. Drink Tea :


Tea is a refreshing drink. It helps us to fresh our mind and to concentrate in our work. Thus, each teenagers specilly who are connected with education should drink tea atleast two times in a day.


5. Also drink Coffee :


Coffee is also a healthy drino for teenagers . You shoyld also drink coffee bewides tea without any fear minimum twice a day. It helps us to reduce diabates and to get a longer life.


6. Eat fatty fish :


Boys and girls at teenage face many problems and they are suffered in depression. To drive away depression fatty fish os important. It also reduces heart disease. So, eat fatty fish minimum 5 days in a week mainly with lunch.


7. Drink water 3-4 litters in a day :


We know that water is essential for assimilation of food in our body. Teenagers have to drink minimum amount of 3-4 litters in a day.


8. Drink some water specially before eating food :


Drinking somewater specially bore eating food is important because it helps for well assimilation of food and there any chance of acidity not remained.


9. Drink milk everyday :


Drinkiny milk everyday is essential for every teenagers, specially who are connected to study as it is a hih nutrient drink required for brain development.


10. Eat fresh vagetables :


Fresh vagetables contain various vitamins which all are required for our body building. So, besides eating fish , meat and small amount of fast foods, must eat vagetables everyday with lunch and dinner.


11. Grow own vagetables :


Vagetables of market are not totally frsh as it contains many chemical colour mixed by shopkeepers for their business. Grow own vagetables in your home garden to get a fresh vagetables.


12. Eat fresh fruits :


Eat all types of fresh fruits like apple, cherry, etc. as much as possible.


13. Avoid smooking :


Smookingvis becoming very common phenomenan specially for school students but this is very injurious to health. It causes very dangerous disease called 'Cancer'. So, avoid smooking not to face 'Cancer'.


14. Avoid any type of drug :


Now a days, many teenagers are becoming drug addicted and this destroying education day by day. So, at first, parents are to be concerned about this effect and they have to keep their sons and daughters free from drug.


15. Eat egg :


Egg contains a high amount of protein which helps for body building. Eat atleast one egg in a day.


16. Don't throw away the yolk of the egg :


You should eat egg but do not throw away the yolk of the egg because this is the important thing in egg.


17. Don't miss exercise :


As healthy eating is required for our health, then exercise is also important. Each teenagers specially school students should go to gym for at least one hour in a day.


18. Walk more :


Naturally, boys and girls at teenage are very lasy. They do not want to go for a walk. But, it is very important foe them at early morning for physical and mental fitness.


19. Sleep more at night :


The school students should not go for reading after dinner because it is injurious to heakth. Every teenage students should go for sleep just after dinner and at least 7 hours of sleep is required to keep body and mind fit.


20. Don't go for a day sleep :


Day sleep is mainly after the lunch is not good for health. Sleep only at night not in day.


21. Avoid bright light before sleep :


Sleep at night is disturbed due to bright light. Avoid bright light as should as possible.


22. Lift heavy things :


Lift heavy things by your arms by getting the chance of lifting. It has many importance.
